What is our Offline App

We have developed a brand new type of app that allows you another way to view our e learning academy. This new App allows you  to use Barry Sadler Maritime Training  from your phone and ipad on both iOS and Android even when offline. Of course, being offline doesn’t mean that learner progress is lost – the system records all activities performed offline until an internet connection is made available and data synchronised.

What do I see?

We have  over 34 modules ranging from Collision Regulations, passage planning, ship handling and recordings of our live, interactive,  twice weekly tutorial clinics. All our modules are aligned to the MCA orals exam syllabus and our suite of modules keeps increasing! Each module houses video tutorials, Quizzes,  e books, associated module resources, and quizzes.

How does the Offline app work?

You will need to have good internet coverage intially, to view the modules. you then chose which modules you wish to down load to the off line section. Once down loaded, you then click viewing  to off line mode and away you go!

How do I start?

Firstly, Visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to download the Barry  Sadler Maritime Training App mobile app to your iOS or Android device.

Click our view e learning button to provide us with the information we need to send you a temporary link to allow you to view the e learning.

Once you are happy with the content and wish to proceed, we send you your password for the app and you are good to go
